Terms of Use
These terms describe acceptable use of Chemisode Video Hub, including its public learning content, optional accounts, quizzes and class-linked features.

You may use the public Video Hub for personal study and normal classroom teaching. Do not use the service unlawfully, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with security or availability, or access another user’s account or class information without authorisation.
Accounts and class data
Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for using the correct class or organisation context. Teachers and administrators must only access class-linked information they are authorised to manage. Do not share passwords or authentication codes.
Content and classroom use
Chemisode-created text, quizzes, mappings, interface content and other original material remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Normal classroom use and linking are permitted. Unless separately authorised, do not republish substantial parts of Chemisode, sell Chemisode material as your own product or falsely imply endorsement.
YouTube and external services
Video playback is provided through YouTube and the site also relies on other service providers described in the Privacy page. Third-party services operate under their own terms, availability and privacy practices.
Availability, corrections and changes
Videos, quizzes, mappings, progress features and access rules may be corrected, updated, replaced or removed. Chemisode does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Educational disclaimer and legal rights
Use of the Video Hub is also subject to the Educational Disclaimer. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Australian law.
